Didn’t the children (and staff) look fabulous today? Throughout today the children have been reading, learning and involved in creating a whole school story based upon a book called “Maybe” written by Kobi Yamada. It tells the story of the possibilities that await our children if they dream big;
“…maybe, just maybe you will exceed your wildest dreams…”
The children have exceeded our wildest dreams this week. They have returned to school as promptly, as ready to learn and as well behaved as when they left us in January. I think the staff have done a fabulous job in ensuring that whilst school was ‘closed’ children were still able to carry on learning, still having daily contact with their friends, still understanding that they were very much part of school and that school was ‘on’. Despite being at home, the children were still being given the opportunity to know and remember more. The quality of the work completed at home was truly spectacular…
As we go into this weekend, which promises to be a lovely one, go do what you were created to do!
