Greenfields is a fully inclusive school, which aims to ensure that all pupils achieve their potential – personally, socially, emotionally, physically and educationally.
We are committed to equality of opportunity for all, providing education that ensures that all children, regardless of any special educational need or disability, receive an education that is broad, balanced and relevant to their needs.
We welcome enquiries from all parents and carers of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and encourage you to visit our school to see the children at work and to discuss your child’s needs with our staff. Our special educational needs co-ordinator (SENCo) is Mr Walton, who is also the Upper School Leader and is usually on the KS2 playground every morning and after school if you’d like a quick word. If you’d like to discuss something in detail or in private, you can make an appointment with Mr Walton through the school office .
Our SEND Policy and SEN Information Report detail how we support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities at Greenfields, including the Local Offer.
