ADMISSION TO RECEPTION
Applications for Reception are submitted directly to North Tyneside Local Authority during the Autumn Term. Parents and carers are able to apply for up to 3 schools and the Local Authority send written confirmation of the school allocated during the Spring Term. This term (Autumn 2021), our open mornings for prospective new parents to Reception are being held on the following dates:

Wednesday 6th October 2021 10am-12noon
Tuesday 19th October 2021 10am-12noon
Tuesday 2nd November 2021 10am-12noon
Thursday 25th November 2021 10am-12noon
Monday 6th December 2021 10am- 12noon
There is a standard Admission Policy operated by the Local Authority on the school’s behalf, this includes arrangements for the admission of pupils with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities.
For in-year admissions, we have established a clear set of procedures for admitting new pupils to the school in order to ensure that their needs are fully understood prior to admission. We also aim to ensure that all pupils receive appropriate support on entry and are all treated equally.
North Tyneside local authority deals with admissions to our school for children of statutory school age, therefore parents/carers should contact the local authority to apply for a place at our school from Reception through to Year 6.
